Sumo Sonnet happened when we left the hope for a home in Bangalore after loosing money to the 'X' builder. This 'X' builder has promised a lot due to which we booked a flat there .but then we came to know the paper work was not proper and hence cancellation .Instead of apologizing for providing partial info by the builder , they charged us money saying the charges are for blocking the flat for some time. Then came sumo sonnet :) Locality,connectivity, Quality of build,commitments , amenities all up to our expectation. Great work done by sumo group. And we are happy to finally find out dream home after 1 year of searching that to in our budget.

Buyers were happy with sumo sonnet. Builder delivered the flat almost inline with there commitment. To save money for the buyers they have handover the flat with single coat of paint. After completion of the interior work they have done the second coat of paint. Appartment were built in limited space and reaming about 70% was left for greenery and amenities. Ready to move in flat... Even very good for rental purpose. All groceries, hospitals, temples and importantly public transport are almost at the gates of property.
Rooms were bit small but this is manageable. Quality of the works were observed from construction stage.. so quality was quite good. Even while working for interiors and drilling works we observed quality of work as good. Land is also A khatha and property comes under RERA.
Totally negative points for the property were very very little. So one can go with this property.

Being a structural Engineer, I surprised to see that construction quality is excellent. Prices are very affordable. Built as per vaastu.
All amenities like Swimming pool, Indore games, Gymnasium, provision for senior citizen sitting area, Jacuzzi, Children play area are awesome.
Metro, E city, Hosur main road are just half a kilometer is added advantage.

I m writing this review in my personal capacity. I booked a flat in C Block a few months ago. This project is a very balanced one with certain advantages like location, Amenities, pricing supported by a very engaging team of engineers and marketing staff.
Honestly, I am pretty happy with the way they have taken this project forward and now nearing completion.
Coming to the quality aspects, I believe that till now they have maintained things at par with the big shots in the Industry. From a customer's perspective, the most important thing is the level of engagement with the sales and marketing team. This is one place where this project beats the others. Mr Anupam Misha leads the sales team and he has been very supportive to me and most of the customers that I know. Definitely, one needs to be assertive in dealing but one thing that stands out is his commitment to the values. It's good to see someone who values human relationships more than money and this is perhaps one of the reasons why this project did significantly well.

- Great Customer Service. No much difference in Pre n Post sales experience. Thanks to the super friendly team of Sumo Group. The team is very patient to listen to our queries (I had a lot of those 😜) and assist with resolutions...
- Flexible with payments and they got approval from most of the big brand pvt and govt banks...

I recently shifted to Bangalore and was looking for home for my family. I was hesitant to stay in rented house with my family which won't give HOME SWEET HOME feeling. So I was open for buying option. I visited several projects in and around Haralur but was not satisfied with the area,locality and proximity from main road and market. Many of them were lacking open space around which was important for my kids to play. And then I visited SUMO SONNET and my search ended. I found Sales team very friendly and supportive. Mr. Anupam patiently understood my needs and was very supportive in my changing decisions. So I booked a flat there. These are the points which made me to go for this project - Big open space around inside the premises for kids to play. don't want kids to go out of society compound - Good supportive Sumo teams (Sales,Finance)

Buyers were happy with sumo sonnet. Builder delivered the flat almost inline with there commitment. To save money for the buyers they have handover the flat with single coat of paint. After completion of the interior work they have done the second coat of paint. Appartment were built in limited space and reaming about 70% was left for greenery and amenities. Ready to move in flat... Even very good for rental purpose. All groceries, hospitals, temples and importantly public transport are almost at the gates of property.
Rooms were bit small but this is manageable. Quality of the works were observed from construction stage.. so quality was quite good. Even while working for interiors and drilling works we observed quality of work as good. Land is also A khatha and property comes under RERA.
Totally negative points for the property were very very little. So one can go with this property.

As I was looking for a 2 BHK flat in and around Kudlu, I just heard the name Sumo properties from one of my friend.. I visited Sumo Sonnet properties with my family next day, Peoples at the site are very courteous & kind.
Being a structural Engineer, I surprised to see that construction quality is excellent. Prices are very affordable. Built as per vaastu.
All amenities like Swimming pool, Indore games, Gymnasium, provision for senior citizen sitting area, Jacuzzi, Children play area are awesome.
Metro, E city, Hosur main road are just half a kilometer is added advantage.

I m writing this review in my personal capacity. I booked a flat in C Block a few months ago. This project is a very balanced one with certain advantages like location, Amenities, pricing supported by a very engaging team of engineers and marketing staff.
Honestly, I am pretty happy with the way they have taken this project forward and now nearing completion.
Coming to the quality aspects, I believe that till now they have maintained things at par with the big shots in the Industry. From a customer's perspective, the most important thing is the level of engagement with the sales and marketing team. This is one place where this project beats the others.
Mr Anupam Misha leads the sales team and he has been very supportive to me and most of the customers that I know. Definitely, one needs to be assertive in dealing but one thing that stands out is his commitment to the values. It's good to see someone who values human relationships more than money and this is perhaps one of the reasons why this project did significantly well.
I m looking forward to get the possession which should be in a few months from now.

- Spacious rooms(Never expected a 1245sqft 3BHK to be that spacious).. could be magic of the project planning guy to make it happen...
- Impressive Building Layout, Amenities offered, Construction Quality, Project Management and Lots of open space...
- Great Customer Service. No much difference in Pre n Post sales experience. Thanks to the super friendly team of Sumo Group. The team is very patient to listen to our queries (I had a lot of those 😜) and assist with resolutions...
- Flexible with payments and they got approval from most of the big brand pvt and govt banks...
- Very approachable Leadership team of Sumo Group, especially Mr. Director S & M (Anupam Mishra)...
- They have all clear documentation and approvals available handy (Most importantly RERA Approved)
- Yes, it is a little pricey if compared with the deviated Projects within 2 kms of radius.. However, if compared with the Big Brands in market (Sumadhura, SNN, RBD, Salarpuria, Purva, Bren, Sobha, etc.) this will end up a budgeted purchase.

It was a roller coaster ride , mostly 'coz I was unaware of process of buying and registering, loan application etc. Anupam Mishra the marketing director, was there in every step and made it possible.. major advantages of the property, price Vs location: excellent, Quality of construction: Good and Robust, floor plan: awesome!(never liked small homes before this), Fittings and wood: classy. 26-May-17: Good location for the price and responsive executives made us book a flat there. Very Near to HSR layout. Construction is going fast as of now. Hope it will be ready for possession as they promised. I went personally and Checked Sumo's other completed projects. Good Quality Construction and fair Maintenance. Also talked to owners. Gave good feedback. No land issues.
